POWERSCREEN INDIA SERVES OMAN
Powerscreen has announced that its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Hosur, Southern Bangalore, has expanded distribution across India and emerging world markets.
In one recent example, Arabian Transport for Heavy Equipments purchased a Powerscreen® Chieftain 2100X Screening plant from General Engineering Services Est, which was manufactured at the Powerscreen Hosur facility. The Chieftain 2100X is working in combination with the Powerscreen® 4242SR already owned by Arabian and is producing aggregates of 0-5 mm, 5-10 mm, 10-20 mm and 20-40 mm for a commercial construction company who have been awarded a massive road construct project in the Sultanate of Oman. “We were in need of a screening plant which could achieve our desired output and cater to the demand of our clients and what better brand can be thought of other than Powerscreen” said Mr. Awadh Shanfari.
General Engineering Services Est, the Powerscreen Dealer in Oman, entered the market with mobile crushing and screening plants and soon found its sales figures going up. The dealership sold more than 50 crushers and screens in four years.
